À grand renfort de données et de modélisations statistiques, les avancées et applications de l’intelligence artificielle (IA) en droit nous rappellent ces mots prophétiques du juge Holmes (1897), de la Cour suprême des États-Unis : « For the rational study of the law the blackletter man may be the man of the present, but the man of the future is the man of statistics and the master of economics. »
